Periodontal bleeding package

Usage instruction:
use parodontax toothpaste twice a day with the soft trisa toothbrush
Use Parodontax mouthwash twice a day
Use Colgate floss mainly for front teeth once a day
Use Colgate interdental brush once a day mainly on to clean between the back teeth
Use NBF gel 2-3 times per day on the effected area by applaying the gel with a clean ear coton buds for 2 wks
this package for 12 yrs old and older
if the bleeding more than two weeks after using this package , you need to be seen by dentist
