How to use
Shake Uriage Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover well before use to mix the 2 phases together. Hold a cotton pad soaked with the lotion on each closed eye. Gently pat the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds, then wipe over the eyelashes without rubbing, from the root towards the tip.
